Refund policy.
01How you pay
You pay 100% upfront to EXECLIENT PRIVATE LIMITED against a GST invoice, never to an individual. Before you pay, you get the scope in writing: the publication, the format, the label, the date and what's included.
02When you get 100% back
If the publication doesn't publish your feature, because it declines the story or it can't run, Execlient refunds everything you paid, GST included.
You don't have to chase us. We tell you in writing and start the refund.
03How and when you're refunded
- Within 7 working days of the publication's decision.
- To the same bank account or payment method you paid from.
- With a GST credit note against your invoice.
04What “live” means
Your feature is live when it's published on the publication and in the format agreed in your written scope, and we've sent you the link (or, for print, the issue it runs in). The publication may edit the story to its house style and decides how it's labelled. We explain both before you pay.
05If you change your mind
If you want to cancel before we submit your story, call us. The terms for that are in your written scope.
